Returns

Returning is certainly possible – we find it important that you are satisfied with your order.
Do you want to send a product back? Please contact us within 14 days after receipt so we can register the return process and you receive the correct return instructions.

As soon as the return arrives with us and is checked for completeness and condition, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. The return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Important to know:
Opened fuels cannot be returned.
Consumables such as stockings/filters/igniters can only be returned unopened.
