We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Opened and used items are not eligible for return.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order separately.


14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
